Volunteer Mentor Program

"Helping Hand" NGO implements the "Volunteer Mentor Program" project, aiming to train mentors and connect them with new volunteers in order to promote the culture of volunteering among young people.

 The mentor position covers a three-month period and is open to students and young people with volunteering experience.

 Mentor's duties are:

• to increase the capacity of volunteers who are members of their own team;
• to support participants in taking the first steps in volunteering;
• to organize practical volunteering activities and to ensure that the process is conducted in an organized, quality and efficient manner;
• to conduct general organizational and consulting meetings for volunteers in face-to-face/remote mode.

At the end of the project, the participants will receive a certificate of recognition and a letter of recommendation in addition to the experience of working with young people.
