Occupational Safety – Accredited Program
Admission Requirement: The program is open to anyone with higher or vocational education.
Tuition Fee: 1450 GEL (can be paid in three equal installments).

Program Goal
The aim of the fully accredited Occupational Safety program is to equip participants with the knowledge and practical experience necessary to work as an occupational safety specialist.
During the course you will learn about:
- Occupational safety policy
- Hazard identification, risk assessment and management
- Incident investigation methodologies and statistical analysis
- Facility inspections
- Investigation of incidents in the workplace and data analysis
- National and international legislation in occupational safety
Participants will be fully provided with study materials.
Program Description
The full accredited program consists of at least 230 academic hours. Upon completion and passing the state certification exam, participants are eligible to serve as occupational safety specialists in all sectors covered by Georgian legislation.
The course includes both theoretical (133 hours) and practical (97 hours) components.
The theoretical component will take place in Tbilisi at 53a Chavchavadze Ave., St. Andrew the First-Called Georgian University.
As part of the practical component, participants will visit relevant practice sites in five key sectors: services, healthcare, construction, light and heavy industry. Detailed information and schedules will be provided after the theoretical module is completed.
After completing the course, participants are required to take a certification exam administered by the state.
