St. Andrew the First-Called Georgian University of the Patriarchate of Georgia (SANGU), in partnership with Northern Kentucky University (NKU), presents a joint English-language Master’s Program in Cybersecurity.
Northern Kentucky University is designated as a National Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense Education (CAE-CD) by the U.S. National Security Agency and the Department of Homeland Security.
Graduates will be awarded a master's degrees in Cybersecurity - a Georgian and an American academic qualification. Professionals from any field will have the opportunity to acquire one of the most in-demand and highly paid professions and, without leaving the country, become employed in both local and international organizations.
During their studies, students will have the opportunity to travel to Northern Kentucky University, where they will attend lectures, complete practical training, and meet representatives of leading industry companies. Within the framework of the program, NKU professors will visit SANGU and conduct intensive lectures, seminars, and practical laboratory activities.
As part of the program, students will also have the opportunity to participate in and present their research at the International Cybersecurity Symposium in the United States and at the Tbilisi International Cybersecurity Conference.

Structure and Duration of Study:
The standard duration of the program is 2 years. To obtain a Master’s degree from both NKU and SANGU, students must earn a minimum of 120 ECTS credits. The curriculum includes 72 credits of core courses, 18 credits of elective courses, and a 30-credit research project.
