St. Andrew’s Georgian University welcomes and supports the implementation of project ideas and initiatives by its professors, scientific staff, students, and administrative personnel. On behalf of the University, any employee, professor, scientific and invited staff, and student of St. Andrew’s Georgian University can participate in local and international grant competitions and initiate projects.
For this purpose, the University has elaborated some facilitative procedures aiming to ensure the proper distribution of organizational and support mechanisms, as well as human and financial resources, taking into consideration the strategic goals of the university:

• An individual wishing to prepare a project proposal must fill out the project idea submission form.
• The form must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe (no later than 15 days before the call deadline).
• The need for any technical support or consultations on call requirements and application procedures should be specified in the same form.
• For student-led applications, the initiative should be approved by the School. Taking into account the specifics of the grant competition, a University staff member responsible for the project should be designated.
