Since 2011, he has served as a Full Professor and Head of the Psychology Department at the Faculty of Social Sciences at the Georgian University of Saint Andrew the First-Called. He is also the founder and General Director of the Georgian National Gestalt Institute (2011-present) and the Scientific Director of the Anti-Drug Center at the Georgian Patriarchate (2008-present). Additionally, he designed and led the Master's program in "Mood Psychology, Research, and Counseling" at Tbilisi State University (2010-2012).
