Available Vacancies for Students Transferring through Mobility

Registration for applicants wishing to transfer through mobility will be available on the Mobility Online Portal from August 24 through September 8 (until 6:00 PM).


School of Humanities and Law

Bachelor's Degree Programmes:

  • History – 10 places
  • Georgian Philology – 15 places
  • Law – 15 places
  • International Relations – 6 places

Master's Degree Programmes:

  • Georgian Philology – 5 places
  • History of Georgia – 5 places
  • Law – 5 places

Doctoral Degree Programme:

  • History of Georgia – 4 places


School of Business, Computing and Social Sciences

Bachelor's Degree Programmes:

  • Business Administration – 11 places
  • Psychology – 11 places
  • Computer Science – 11 places
  • Information Technology and Cybersecurity – 12 places

Master's Degree Programmes:

  • Social and Attitude Psychology – 5 places
  • Psychodiagnostics and Counseling – 5 places

Mobility Administration Schedule

  • Registration of applicants transferring through mobility (submission of documents) – September 10-16, 2026.
  • Meetings of the Recognition Committees, preparation of conclusions, notification of students regarding recognized credits, and written confirmation of their consent or refusal – September 10-17, 2026.
  • Submission of relevant information by the Deans' Offices and Recognition Committees for the preparation of the mobility enrollment order – September 18, 2026.
  • Preparation of the transfer enrollment order and its submission to the Education Management Information System – no later than September 21, 2026.


Documents Required for Transfer through Mobility

  1. Application Form (download the application form)
  2. Student Questionnaire (to be completed electronically)
  3. Copy of the document certifying complete general or higher education
  4. Copy of an ID card or passport
  5. Copy of the military registration document (for male applicants)
  6. Copies or certified extracts of all legal acts determining the student's status (enrollment order, suspension, reinstatement, etc.) issued by the higher education institution; for Master's applicants, information on the type of the Unified Master's Examination test taken
  7. Copy or certified extract of the student's academic transcript issued by the higher education institution
  8. One passport-size photograph (3×4 cm) on a digital storage device
  9. Recognition document issued by the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement for education obtained abroad (if applicable)

Documents may be submitted to Room 103, Building I of the University.
