Trainers’ Laboratory
The non-profit organization “Trainers’ Laboratory” was officially established in 2017 on the basis of St. Andrew the First-Called Georgian University. Its primary goal is to increase access to and promote high-quality non-formal education among young people.
The laboratory supports the development of professional and personal skills and regularly organizes a variety of training courses and seminars.
One of its most successful and in-demand projects is the “Train the Trainer” course — a one-month intensive program through which participants gain both theoretical knowledge and practical experience. At the end of the course, participants conduct their own original training sessions. More than 200 young people have been certified as trainers through this program.
The laboratory also offers public speaking and coaching trainings for students, graduates, and university staff.
We firmly believe that non-formal education and expanding access to it is one of the most effective ways to support the development of civil society in Georgia.
