Brunei Darussalam announces the Government Scholarship scheme for international applicants for the 2026-2027 academic year. The scholarships provide an opportunity to pursue studies at both undergraduate and master’s levels.

Under the scholarship scheme, applicants may study at five higher education institutions in Brunei: the University of Brunei Darussalam (UBD), the Sultan Sharif Ali Islamic University (UNISSA), Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB), the Universiti Perguruan Ugama Seri Begawan (KUPU SB), and the Politeknik Brunei (PB).

The application deadline is 15 February 2026.
