The United States Embassy in Georgia is pleased to announce the competition for the 2027-2028 Fulbright Graduate Student Program.
The program provides full financial support for students pursuing a master’s degree at a U.S. university in various fields, including business administration.
The Fulbright Scholarship is one of the most prestigious scholarships offered by the U.S. Government. Candidate selection is based on an open competition conducted by the Public Diplomacy Section of the U.S. Embassy in Tbilisi.
The program’s primary sponsor is the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) of the U.S. Department of State. It is co-sponsored by the Government of Georgia through the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia, as well as by the Bank of Georgia and Georgia Capital.
The program is administered under policy guidelines established by the William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board. Under a cooperative agreement with ECA, the Institute of International Education (IIE) collaborates with universities across the United States to identify appropriate academic programs for selected fellows.
The application period opens on April 1, 2026, and the deadline for online applications is July 1, 2026.
