Legislative Regulation of Climate Change

On April 27, 2022, a master class on “Legislative Regulation of Climate Change” was held within the framework of the CDCPIII project.
CDCPIII is a regional project implemented by GIZ (German Society for International Cooperation) and supports the development of processes, methodologies and tools for long-term decarbonisation planning and its integration at the national level, which serve to combat climate change and achieve economic transformation goals.
The meeting focused on climate-related laws and policies around the world and aspects that led to the widespread dissemination of comprehensive climate framework laws. The master class also discussed the future legal and political landscape of Georgia in terms of climate change law.
