The Minister of Education and Science of Georgia, Giorgi Amilakhvari held a working meeting with Plenipotentiary Representative of the Catholicos-Patriarch of all Georgia to the St. Andrew the First-Called Georgian University, Archbishop Jacob of Bodbe, Professor Irakli Brachuli the rector of SANGU, local and foreign academic staff of the Cybersecurity Master's program and talked about the importance of the program.
The cooperation between Northern Kentucky and Georgian universities is especially important, because the implementation of the new master's program contributes to the implementation of the best international practices in the direction of cybersecurity in Georgia.
The minister also met with the students of the cybersecurity program, heard their opinions about the interest in the program and wished them success.
SANGU is hosting a delegation from a partner university, with the participation of which, during two weeks, Georgian students of cybersecurity will have a unique opportunity to attend intensive lectures-seminars, workshops and do practical work with leading specialists in the field.
