On March 26, 2025, at 14:00, a professional masterclass was held for Computer Science students at Saint Andrew's Georgian University, organized by the Department of Employment and Career Development.

The session was led by Ana Andghuladze – a career consultant specializing in the tech industry and Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Manager at DataArt, a leading international software engineering company.

The masterclass covered the following key topics:

LinkedIn and résumé optimization for career advancement;
Tools for self-development in the IT career path;
Using AI tools during the job search process;
The hiring process in the international job market;
Strategies for job interviews and salary negotiations.

Held in an interactive format, the event gave students the opportunity to ask questions, receive practical advice, and gain insights into current trends in the tech industry.

The goal of the event was to support students’ career growth and promote their successful integration into the labor market.
