On June 26, 2025, St. Andrew the First-Called Georgian University (SANGU) hosted the graduation ceremony for the first and second cohorts of the Master’s Program in Cybersecurity, implemented in partnership with Northern Kentucky University (NKU, USA).
The event was attended by graduates, their families, faculty members from both SANGU and NKU, administrative staff, and invited guests. The ceremony was also attended by Ms. Baia Kvitsiani, Deputy Minister of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia.
The program’s international standards, academic quality, and emphasis on practical skills were highlighted as key factors that equip graduates with competitive advantages in the fast-growing field of cybersecurity.
Representatives of the joint academic team from SANGU and NKU congratulated the graduates and emphasized the importance of the strong academic partnership between the two universities, which will continue through future initiatives and collaborative student projects.
The ceremony concluded with the awarding of diplomas, a photo session, and informal networking.
