Organized by the Employment and Career Development Office, students of the Computer Science program at St. Andrew the First-Called Georgian University participated in a practical and educational workshop held at the Technopark of the Innovation and Technology Agency (GITA).
The workshop was conducted in two stages and included an informational tour of the FabLab and a presentation on hardware product prototyping. Students explored FabLab facilities, modern manufacturing equipment, and real hardware projects.
During the second part of the workshop, the stages of planning and implementing hardware product prototyping were discussed in detail. Students were also introduced to the course “Hardware Product Prototyping”, which is planned to be introduced within the Computer Science program at SANGU.
The workshop contributed to strengthening students’ practical skills and supporting their professional development in a modern technological environment.
