Erasmus+ Funded Mobility Programs for Students

St. Andrew the First-Called Georgian University announces a call for applications for short-term international student mobility. The mobility is funded within the framework of the Erasmus+ international exchange program at the University of Naples for the fall semester of the 2026-2027 academic year.

Bachelor’s and master’s students from the fields of Georgian Philology, History of Georgia, and History are eligible to participate in the competition.

The mobility involves spending one semester at the host university and taking selected courses agreed with the program head, the dean’s office, and the Quality Assurance and Strategic Development Office. The list of offered courses is available at the following link: List of courses

Participation requirements:

  • The student must have completed the first year of the bachelor’s level;
  • For the student, the fall semester of the 2026-2027 academic year must not be the final graduating semester of the program;
  • Before registering for the competition, the list of courses must be agreed with the program head, the dean’s office, and the Quality Assurance and Strategic Development Office.

Deadline for submission of documents: May 15, 2026.

Required documents:

  • Copy of a legally recognized identity document - passport, in PDF format;
  • European-format CV in English, in PDF format;
  • Certificate from the university confirming student status;
  • Academic transcript/certificate of academic performance, first-semester master’s students must submit the academic transcript/certificate from the previous level of study;
  • Motivation letter in English, no more than one page, in PDF format;
  • Proof of English language proficiency at minimum B2 level, internationally recognized certificate/certificate confirming B2 level issued by the university language center in English, in PDF format;
  • Recommendation letter from academic staff;
  • Official certificate/document confirming special educational needs/disability status, if applicable, in PDF format;
  • Written confirmation of course compatibility;
  • Student informed consent.

Selection procedure:

  • Screening and evaluation of documents by the commission;
  • Interview before the commission;

Main selection criteria:

  • Academic performance/GPA;
  • Motivation;
  • English language proficiency;
  • Presentation.

Selected candidates will be nominated to the host university, and further procedures will be conducted by the receiving university.
