On May 8, 2026, St. Andrew the First-Called Georgian University hosted an award ceremony for gold and silver medal-winning students.
Alongside the encouragement provided by the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia to distinguished school graduates, SANGU places particular emphasis on supporting and motivating successful students.
The university awarded valuable gifts, including laptops and tablets, to medal-winning students who enrolled at SANGU with the university as their first priority choice.
The event was attended by Rector Professor Irakli Brachuli, Vice-Rector Professor Archil Kanchaveli, Dean of the School of Humanities and Law Professor Papuna Guruli, Dean of the School of Business, Computing and Social Sciences Professor Levan Kistauri, Chancellor Tamaz Vachadze, and President of the Student Self-Government Nikoloz Kokaia.
