St. Andrew the First-Called Georgian University offers a high-quality educational program for individuals interested in professional development in translation and interpreting. The program aims to strengthen practical skills and theoretical knowledge in the field of translation.
The Higher School of Translation and Interpreting has been successfully operating since 2011 with the support of the British Council. The school offers a modern classroom equipped for simultaneous interpreting and a diverse range of study modules.

Interested applicants are offered II, III and IV-semester modules. One semester lasts 16 weeks, with 15 hours per week.
Semester Fee: GEL 1400
Practicing translators/interpreters and graduates of our school are also offered a one-semester module with two or three elective courses, without an entrance exam.

The selection process includes written tests in Georgian and a foreign language, as well as an oral interview. Applicants with C1-level certification are exempt from the written test.

The data of applicants who are not enrolled in the course will be destroyed/deleted by the university one month after the enrollment deadline.
Your data will not be transferred to third parties. You have the right to request the blocking, transfer, appeal, termination, deletion or destruction of your data processing. In such a case, no later than ten working days from the request, the university undertakes to terminate the processing of the data and delete or destroy it.
