Registration for applicants wishing to transfer through mobility will be available on the Mobility Online Portal from August 24 through September 8, until 6:00 PM.

Mobility Process Administration Schedule
- Registration of applicants seeking enrollment through mobility and submission of documents - September 10-16, 2026.
- Work of the Recognition Committees, preparation of conclusions, notification of students regarding recognized credits, and written confirmation of their consent or refusal - September 10-17, 2026.
- Submission of the relevant information by the Deans' Offices and Recognition Committees for the preparation of the draft enrollment order - September 18, 2026.
- Preparation of the draft order on enrollment through transfer within the mobility process and its submission to the Education Management Information System - no later than September 21, 2026.
List of Documents Required from Applicants Seeking Transfer through Mobility
- Application Form (download the application form)
- Student Questionnaire (to be completed electronically)
- Copy of a document confirming complete general education or higher education
- Copy of an identity card or passport
- Copy of a document confirming military registration, for male applicants
- Copy or extract of all legal acts determining the student's status, including the enrollment order, suspension or restoration of status, and other relevant acts, certified by the higher education institution; Master's degree applicants must also provide information about the type of Unified Master's Examination test they passed
- Copy or extract of the student's academic record, certified by the higher education institution
- A 3×4 photograph on a digital storage device
- A document issued by the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement confirming the recognition of education obtained abroad, where applicable
Documents may be submitted to Room 103, Building I of the University.
