Mobility Process Administration Deadlines
- Registration of applicants wishing to enroll through mobility (submission of documents) - February 12-17, 2026.
- Submission of relevant information by dean’s offices and recognition commissions for the preparation of the draft enrollment order through mobility - February 19, 2026.
- Preparation and submission of the draft order for enrollment through transfer within the mobility framework in the management system - February 19, 2026.
Required Documents for Students Transferring through Mobility
- Application Form
- Student Profile Form (to be filled out electronically)
- Copy of diploma or high school certificate
- Copy of ID card or passport
- Proof of military registration (for male students)
- Copies or certified extracts of all legal acts related to student status (enrollment, suspension, reinstatement, etc.); for master's students: type of Unified Master's Exam passed
- Copy or extract of academic transcript
- Photo on CD (3x4)
- Recognition document from the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement (if education was obtained abroad)
Documents must be submitted to Room 103, Building I of the university.
