Coaching Approaches for Making Important Decisions

On May 16, commercial director of Erickson Coaching International Georgia, certified coach (EPC) Sofo Latsabidze held a master class on "Coaching approaches during an important decision" at SANGU.
She spoke in-depth about the humane and ecological principles of coaching, the zone of personal control, defining clear goals, and understanding the actions obtained by asking questions while drawing on a variety of techniques from the Ericsson international coaching programme.
At the end, the participants of the master class were given certificates.
